Returns: With the exception of defective or damaged merchandise
(as described
below), all sales are final. The Loyal Subjects will not accept
returns on non-defective
merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits or exchanges. Should
your product
have a significant manufacturing defect, missing parts or contain
broken pieces,
we will either replace it or issue a refund to you. This decision is
solely
at the discretion of The Loyal Subjects.
How To Make A Return: If your item is damaged, you must contact
us within
five (5) days of receipt of the merchandise. Contact us at
1-323-953-0142, or
via email, info@theloyalsubjects.com and let us know what the issue
is. Our
sales staff will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and
will provide
further instructions to process your return. Please don’t return your
item without
an RAN – unauthorized returns will be subject to an automatic restock
fee of
35% of the sale value of the inventory returned. Shipping fees will
only be
credited toward your account if the merchandise is defective.
