The Loyal Subjects ships all packages (whether domestic or
international) via
UPS, which provides reliable delivery and package tracking information
for all
shipments. Delivery addresses within the United States ship via UPS
Ground;
International orders via UPS International Express Saver. Shipping
rates are
calculated and added to your total at the time that your order is
placed. UPS
does not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses.
Once your order has shipped, we will email a pdf copy of your invoice,
which
will include the UPS tracking number for your reference.
Delivery Issues: In the case of shortages, damage or other
issues related
to the delivery of your order, you must make any claims within five
(5) days
after receipt of merchandise. You may contact The Loyal Subjects

resolve
the issue promptly.
Customs Requirements For International Orders: International
customers
are responsible for all customs duties and taxes assessed by their
country’s
customs agencies. We will provide a commercial invoice with all
international
shipments that represents the full value of the inventory purchased.
Unfortunately,
we cannot mark international shipments as “gifts”. The Loyal Subjects
will not
accept returns resulting from an international customer’s refusal to
pay their
customs duties, so please be sure you’re aware of your country’s
requirements
before placing your order. European customers may also purchase The
Loyal Subjects
goods.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards, including American
Express,
Discover, Master Card and Visa. However, we reserve the right, at our
sole discretion,
to require payment via money order or bank wire.
