Ever seen one of those 80’s tour videos?  Usually accompanied by a ballad from the hair band of the day; life on the road, truck stops, loading in gear, setting up in big venues, sound checks, load out, backstage exhaustion, back in the van…the wear and tear of the road as you setup to play from city to city.  Journey “Faithfully”, Motley Crue “Home Sweet Home”, you know, the “tour video”!  As a kid I’m thinking, “That d

From Nashville to Tokyo.

First off, I have 100 blogs to write.  My last update was a shout-out to Predators making their way to the shelves at Walgreens.  It looks like folks are enjoying the Predator packouts.  I love this line, I say this about every line but of course they're all my babies.  I dare not cast any one line into the shallows, they are all precious, my precious (hint).  A ton has passed since the last update – plans, tra

I think the question I was served up the most upon our announcement that TLS had linked up with Mattel to launch a new Hot Wheels line was…..hmm, let me think about it, there were a lot of questions!  Question 1 – What are you going to do different that Hot Wheels hasn’t already done?  Question 2 – Do they roll?  Question 3 – How is this going to fit in as an Action Vinyl?   Question 4 – Why?  I suppose th

The Loyal Subjects was born from a letter to friends, and family, aptly titled “The Loyal Subjects”.  I was going through a transition; a failed attempt at a business, a musician, and a show creator.  I had creative juju but zero business sense.  A literal creative in the wholesome term – all things creative matter, everything else a distraction.  After my failed attempts, I received a divine moment of whiplash, the

I woke up this morning, ready to track the wilds, through the old town Nuremberg.  Reconstructed after the Allied bombings, sweepings, takeover.   Flash marks stain the bricks, where the flash marks are none new bricks appear in the old style, the reconstruction of this fabled town brought on by its destruction.   All is quite in Albrecht Durer’s house, large quarters, prestige and well postured below the shado

Hello TLS Nation.  The Blog has been silent as of late, outside the mega Bandai x TLS Partnership announcement.  That shook the earth, the rafters, the roots in the teeth.  Wowzas, that’s a big announcement.  I looked back, there was a recap from SDCC 2018 and that was it!  From August!  About 4.5 months had past since we had posted….anything!  I’m kind of aghast by the neglect.  The Blog has

I know.  We're really excited for Comic Con too.

I'm travelling about 100 mph on a high speed train through the Northern part of France.  Reflecting on this year and dreaming about the possibilities that wait ahead in 2013.  I love this modern age in times like these.  When I was 15, I couldn't imagine the connections I would make by 38.  It's amazing.  This planet is amazing.  Being connected.
